Day and Night on the Aresam

I realized that there were some flaws in the design that has presently been decided upon. One of these was that the simulation of day and night was close to imperfect. So I rectified those mistakes, and wrote this document with all the details and diagrams about how day and night are reproduced on the Aresam.  I have retained the idea of the conical reflecting mirror, but have modified a sysytem a bit. The only things missing are the dimensions of the mirror which have to be decided in accordance with dimensions of our basic structure. if there are any correction to be done, please inform me.

WTF's 'Sex Ratio Gage[sic]' ?????????????

Ok. One of the sub-topics in Human Factors is 'Sex Ratio Gage', for which I am responsible. Now, two questions:
1) What does 'gage' mean???
2) Assuming 'gage' is a part of a word, the remainder of which was omitted in the Xerox, why do we even need to CARE about sex ratio? Seriously. The year's 2055, our entire clientele is elite, educated and wealthy. What's more, pre-natal sex determination will be CATEGORICALLY banned on Aresam. Seeing as even now, the world's educated countries don't face alarmingly skewed sex ratios, I really don't see what the entire point is about.

P.S. Housing hasn't been included as a sub-topic in Human. Why?????????????????????????? It's one of THE most major topics in Human in the Request for Proposal.
